Raising healthy eaters is HARD, and I know firsthand how overwhelming it can be. As a mom of two, I’ve been there – struggling with a picky eater, constantly trying to sneak in vegetables, and feeling frustrated by confusing food labels, misleading ads, and sugar lurking in almost every packaged product. It felt like an uphill battle.

Today, I’m lucky enough to have two adventurous, curious eaters who genuinely enjoy exploring new foods. And now, I want to share everything I’ve learned with you.
