Hi, I’m Misa, the heart behind Misa’s Clean Kitchen. My mission is to help shape our children’s tastes one bite at a time—setting them up for a lifetime of health and happiness.

As a Certified Health Coach, Culinary Nutritionist, and former first grade teacher, I bring a unique blend of classroom experience and nutrition expertise to the families I work with. I know firsthand how overwhelming mealtimes can feel—especially with a picky eater at the table. I’ve been there myself.

After transforming my own daughter from a hesitant eater into an adventurous one, I discovered the magic of small, sustainable changes. With patience, creativity, and a bit of fun, I’ve seen how even the pickiest palates can grow to love real, nourishing foods.
