I love helping busy families create healthy eating habits in a highly processed, fast food world. 

I started Misa’s Clean Kitchen because raising healthy eaters is HARD! Confusing food labels, advertisements targeting our children, and sugar in almost every packaged product doesn’t make it any easier.

Do you have a picky eater?  Do you find yourself making separate meals for each family member?  Do your children cringe at the idea of eating vegetables?  Do you need guidance and support in helping to shape your children’s tastes to appreciate real foods? You are NOT alone!  

I love working with children and families, showing them that whole foods can be healthy AND taste delicious!  My “Kids in the Kitchen with Misa” virtual cooking classes allow me to introduce children to new foods while helping them develop important lifelong kitchen skills.  All of the recipes we make are made with nutrient-dense ingredients, free of gluten and processed sugar and made with minimal to no dairy.
